The Hpi Conformance Test saHpiSensorEventEnablesGet_Set_T1 returns SA_ERR_HPI_INVALID_CMD and a message "Does not conform to expected behaviors! Cannot get the old event status message!"

This is an Event log call which returns the SA_ERR_HPI_INVALID_CMD. Because of this, it may be a duplicate of 951566 "hpitest retrieval of oldest or newest events" or 950172 " Hpi Conformance Test error codes valid"

Code and spec inspection should reveil this.
