Integrate invoice list into theme #110

Is there a way to integrate invoices into the theme using php or something of 
the like?

I'm looking to put a page up with a list of all invoices (paid and unpaid) and 
having the availability for the user to click on them to see the details and 
pay them if it's not paid yet.

In the list the unpaid one would show the total in red and bolded, while the 
paid invoices would be normal font....I'm sure I can do this with CSS, but 
getting to the list format is the trouble.
