Cannot view web invoice #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create invoice
2.view web invoice
3.Blank

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Invoice details

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.10 xp google chrome

Please provide any additional information below.
I have added the [wp-invoice] on my page but cannot see the invoice

Same issue. My suspicion is some previously installed invoice is causing this
