User details not shown when shipping details are missing #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new user
2. Enter billing details (company name, address) from 'Create Invoice' page
3. Save the invoice and go into the same invoice
4. All user details will be missing
5. Go to user profile and click on 'Same as Billing' and save the user
6. Go back to the invoice and billing details will be there

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Billing details should be used if shipping details are missing.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
