Add option to upload custom invoice pdf #72

What would you like to see? Please describe in detail.
Instead of automatically generating a pdf, perhaps have an option to upload our 
own pdf. 

Test cases.
During invoice editing, have an option to upload custom pdf and override auto 
generated one. 

Please provide any additional information below.
This would provide a consistent option for those who create their own invoices 
for customers. This way, the online invoice pdf will match the one mailed to 
offline customers.
