PayPal Payment #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Invoice
2. Send Invoice To Client
3. Client clicks on PayPal button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Client is expect to be redirected to PayPal payment screen to login to PayPal 
and process their payment.  Instead, they are being redirected to the PayPal 
Sandbox website (used for testing).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.20 on Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Double-checked that "Demo / Live Mode:" in Settings is set to "Live - Process 
Transactions"

Have you tried setting "PayPal Sandbox" to "No" in Web Invoice settings?
