What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change capability management to a roll under Admin
2. Save and try then (with your admin account) to edit
3. A message "no permissions for do that"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Add another capability to create invoices, Admin has not permissions anymore.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Lastest, WP 3.0.5
