Actually i have problem with arabic encoding ..... #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i use the last edition of the crawler 
2. but the encoding problem still the same 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i want the page to be visualised in arabic words 

but when (response encoding iso-8859-1 )

and the page encoding is (Windows-1256) (from the meta tag)

doesn't appear the arabic words .....

What version of the product are you using? crawler4j-7b8bf91
