Disable-layer doesn't cover entire website #60

To reproduce the problem:
1. Browse to a webpage with this IE6warning coded in
2. Scroll the page, horizontally or vertically
3. Or, downsize your window then goto step 1.

Expected output: that the translucent 'disabling' layer should cover the entire 
website
Instead: It only covers original un-scrolled area of the website. The new areas 
scrolled to are visible and clickable.

Using the z-index fixed version from this thread
