Create an Initial Hardware setup

Create an initial board layout that can be used as a Raspberry Pi hat some of the following should be added.

• Power regulator circuit to power a Rpi 4, 5V and 3.0A
• Should have standoffs to be connected to the Rpi
• Possibly look into RF mounting solution
