Added the frontend project. Used MudBlazor as discussed.

The project has the following structure:

Services: logic units that interact with the backend.
Models: any data models received from or sent to the backend.
Pages: the different accessible pages.
Shared: reusable visual components. Similar to a utilities dir.
wwwroot: resources, including appsettings.json that holds global settings.

Depends on #19. Closes #6
