Create a setup script for the Rpi, add to readme

Created a script to set up the Raspberry pi with any necessary dependencies. Right now those include the following:

• Updating system libraries
• Upgrading Python from 3.11 to 3.12
• Installing the .net runtime and SDK

This is an initial iteration and this script should be updated as the project evolves.

I added the following:

• Clone repo
• Move software setup files to software dir
• Add system services for starting backend/frontend
• Add bashrc file that is sourced by ~/.bashrc
• Remove existing backend setup script
• Restart device when done
