Created the initial code that can be used to change between two network interface modes: ad-hoc and router.
Looking for feedback and will continue to integrate.
Note: There might be issues with some windows wifi drivers when connecting to ad-hoc networks. So far no issues with ISO and Ipad OS, but my xps does not want me to join. This makes me very sad :(
