Create an initial GUI/ desktop app, some potential options:

Tkinter: Simple and cross-platform
Pygame: Already using it for controller support
A browser frame work like Abstra or Anvil

Is this for the robot configuration? Is it the same as the web app?

Honestly, I've been wondering if we should have a web app, or if a GUI-based application would be better. It would make it so the end user doesn't have to mess around with IP addresses, especially on the RIT network. We should probably discuss this more in person.
