Cmake problem #126

Hi.
I've got little issue including cudpp in source tree of my project via 
add_subdirectory. Source of the issue is using CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR instead of 
CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR in cudpp's CMakeLists.txt; I've managed to fix that 
and propose a patch. Hope this might be useful.
