Issue #63 of shifting the backend from Flask to django #77

Shifted the whole backend from Flask to django and it was working fine . The webapp in django has been created with a name of mediCare only dependencies other than for react are django and djangorestframework.

i mean i did resolved the merge conflicts but the regular pushes keep making conflicts

and about the vercel the whole backend is different so we have to re deploy it . Or i need to deploy it to heroku ??
