Improvements in Add Doctor feature #99

What happened?

There is no form validation for add doctor pop up. Also it is taking years of experience in negative .

How can we reproduce this bug?

We can add form validation to the form so that no one can submit empty data . Also add doctor pop up only comes up after clicking on Doctor in navbar . We can provide separate button for that so that user doesn't have to go back and forth to view add doctor pop up . We can also add another input field of proof ,where doctor can add his/her academic proof . This was only trust worthy doctors will be added.
