Fix the favicon and also add a loading screen before the calculator is shown #14

I would like to point ou that as of now there is no custom favicon. logo for this project hence we can see the default react native's logo/favicon on the tab header..

I would to work on a fix for this issue pls assign this to me. @mohitahlawat2001

okay, @mohitahlawat2001 can I do favicon under this issue and the preloader separately so that in the future it will be easy for others to know about the flow of growth of project.
