Does it support automatically create a new task whenever a deliverable created

I created a personal rule for deliverable. The purpose is to create a task whenever a deliverable is created. So I use the Action "Add a new linked work item", use the trigger "new work item load". "Auto create work item" and "hide on form" both checked.

However, when I create deliverable, I didn't see any task created automatically, there isn't any error message. Is this function supported? Anything that I can look into?
