One Click Action is not executing when I have a WIT that has Rules Set up #64

Hello!

i have been doing tests with the WIT One Click Action Extension for 2 days now. This is my situation:

  1. I have a Customized WIT for which I want to create automated Child Tasks when the State is changed from New to Active.

  2. This Customized WIT has 11 Rules created. these are basic, like autopopulating a field when this other conditions happens... See the image below to illustrate

  1. I have tested to make the WIT One Click Action to work several ways: 3.1 When the WIT has All the RULES enabled, the One Click Action Extention does NOT work. 3.2 When the WIT has only 1 Rule enable, the One Click Action Extention does NOT work. 3.3 When the WIT has NO RULES enabled, the once It works if the WIT has no other Rules associated.

  2. These are screenshots of he One Click Action that I have set up

Could you please help me to understand if this problem is a known situation, so that One Click Action wont simply work if I have other Rules or if there is a workaround to fix this.

Thanks and Happy Friday!

Was this issue resolved? I am trying to set automatic trigger in Azure Dev Ops. It is not working.
