When a field value is specified that includes a text input field (example "Description for Deliverables) and the text within is formatted (in this case, bold only), then the text does not display properly when dark mode is enabled in VSTS. Instead of the font color being "automatic", it is black (which means it can't be seen in dark mode). If you remove all formatting, then it displays as expected, but requires the user to apply formatting afterwards. Which defeats the purpose.
