What Docs changes are you proposing? I want to add MIT License into this repository.

Why do the Docs need this improvement? What is the motivation for this change? How will this change benefit the community? Adding a License helps a repository by not allowing plagiarism and giving rights to owner.

Describe the solution you'd like I will attach the MIT License into this repository, as a part of this PR.
