The issue arises when the quantity of items in the cart is incorrect and needs adjustment. Currently, the 'X' button only decreases the quantity incrementally, which is not ideal. Instead, the 'X' should remove the item completely, and there should be separate '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the quantity respectively. I propose the addition of these two buttons, designed in harmony with the existing theme to avoid a cluttered appearance, which will allow for the adjustment of item quantities.
