[BUG]: Shop now button of hero section is not responsive to hover state

Description

The Shop now button of the hero section is not responding to hover as other buttons are.

Steps to reproduce

• In the shop page which is the root route, hover over the Shop now button

Expected

It should show response by changing to darker tone or any other appropriate response
