[BUG]:- The website is getting the horizontal bar, the footer is not designed well and in mobile version the hamburger functionality should be added #87

Description:- So the application has very bugs.2 1-First is the horizontal bar which is coming upon opening the website image

2-Plus the footer of the website is not good, the hovers are awfull. image

4-Additionally the navbar is also not looking good, it can be enhanced

Steps to reproduce:- Step1:- Open the app Step2:- Just go through the landing page

Please assign me this issue under gssoc24.
