Using Socket programming and QT a chat client program has to be written for the same!
Should allow users to have the following functionality! //Fill functionality later

Go through the chat server code once and you will find out various functionalities. Otherwise i can list those for you.

Once you finish with the functionalities, you are good to go with the implementation.
