iPhone 4 fw 4.2.1 Siphon 3.9.7 unable to connect to freephonie

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Siphon 3.9.7
2. Unable to connect to freephonie
3. Worked perfectly on 3.9.6 but same issue on 3.9.5

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Service appears to be unavailable

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Siphon 3.9.7 on 4.2.1 iPhone 4

Issue exists only with "Backgrounding" option on.
Siphon keeps on trying to connect then shows service unavailable.
Siphon connects immediately with option off. 

Tested with 3.9.7 and 3.9.8. iPhone 4 on 4.1. 
SIP: Freephonie (via freephonie.net)

Thanks for your comment.
On iOS the backgrounding works with TCP connection only.
I don't think free enables TCP connection. So it's logic it's impossible to 
connect to freephonie in this case.

I was digging into the log and also read your changelog regarding backgrounding 
only possible with TCP! Actually, yes, Free uses UDP.
Too bad.

can any one just tell me how to get siphon version 3.9.7 source code.
i am getting only #define VERSION_STRING @"Siphon 2.3" in following svn 
checkout. http://siphon.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/. i am facing the background 
service problem in siphon.
