All belts/lifts not moving as fast as they say - not even close #34

Making quickwire on a Mk 8 constructor at 100% which is 6,000 per minute. Have a Mk10 belt (12,000 per minute) on the outlet. Quickwire builds up in the outlet fast (tried Mk9 and 9.5 - no difference). Same goes with the rest of the production line. A Mk8 miner at 100% is feeding a storage with caterium ore. Then it goes to two Mk8 smelters. The smelter demands are not being met at only 4500 (inlet shows 0-3 only).

Playing in experimental on U7. All other mods work fine.

Received the update that said that BAM was compatible with U7. That's great, but the belts still do not work correctly. Have a manufacturer that needs just under 4,000 quickwire a minute. Have a large industrial storage container with lots of quickwire in it and a Mk 10 belt connecting them. The manufacturer is still starving for it.
