Please consider including packMP3.

I follow a guide to compress MP3 at: http://www.faasoft.com/articles/mp3-compressor-mac-and-windows.html

It introduces two ways to reduce MP3 files size. Happy with it.

You can try the http://www.amoyshare.com/o2tunes-for-win/ . It's easy to use for your MP3 files.

It is not possible to include packMP3 because of the GPL license. Pcompress is LGPL licensed and I do not want to change that. However, I can possibly have a way to build with packMP3 support from outside the source tree. Let me check.
