problem with abc2svg-doc and sth #107

I tried to view documentation for sth on http://moinejf.free.fr/abcm2ps-doc/index.html

I get

I simply pasted the content of http://moinejf.free.fr/abcm2ps-doc/sth.xhtml to the textpane. It does not crash. So I guess the issue is fixed, even if the the abc2svg version driving the documentation is not yet updated.
