Testing to synchronize data from mysql8.0.11 to TiDB v3.0.4 via gravity. Prepare to synchronize data on production.

Hi I'm "Yooli.com" DBA manager. We are now using grivty. Synchronize rds Mysql to Mysql, Also testing sysnc Mysql to TiDB v3.x
