PR Summary

Added an ability to transfer own subscriptions to selected team

TeamSelector component
before transfering subscription, all included contacts should be transferred first, added corresponding hooks to transfer subscriptions and contacts
added reducers to work with state
There are should be no remaining subscriptions outside of the transfering subscriptions that still contain any of the contacts being transferred, so disabling apply transfer button via variable
