Movable solids

Movable solids (elevator) are necessary to be able to use the kobold on the koboldgames webPage. Several problems need to be solved:

• as long as the Kobold is in contact with a movable solid, the position of the Kobold should not be absolute, but relative to the solid
• the collision-check should not be done on the solid itself but on a collider-box around the solid which changes the size according to the speed of the solid. This solution only adds the calculation of the size of the colliderbox to the workload (which is actually great ;)).

To change the position of the movable from absolute to relative:

• remove position:absolute
• $(elevator).append($(movable))

To change back to absolute:

• add position:absolute
• update position of movable to the one of the elevator
• update speed of the movable to the one of the elevator

movable solids now adjust their collider size according to the speed of the solid
