Move the character size into the css file and set the parameters in js accordingly.

in Movable class:
- modify me.height.stand = read from css
- modify me.height.crouch = read from css
in Configurator class:
- remove me.movable.height.stand
- remove me.movable.height.crouch

because the size is used in javascript directly and it is not easy to implement the crouch in css directly, the size definition has been moved into js
