Make crouch-jump configurable #45

It would be nice if it would be configurable whether characters are able to crouch and then jump or not. But my intuition tells me that you always want to be able to crouch and jump at the same time.

This is not the same as #2 (in #2 the goal was to configure the jump height while here we want to configure whether a character is able to jump and crouch at the same time)
