Config Class #7

Provide some sort of configuration class where all parameters can be configured. Parameters should be telling and give some kind of idea of how much they change the behavior (e.g. jump height in pixels)

jump hight corresponds to pixels now

the speeds are still in some weird unit, but well just try it and check the result by testng

Configurator is not useful at the moment. What is needed:

configurations per character
configurations of world (placement of objects, etc)
default values

placement of objects is not yet possible, refer to issue #14
