command line "help command" feature not working #3

Running CSVfix with no para,eters gives the following message:

use 'csvfix help command' to see help on a specific commands

However, this doesn't work - because I haven't written the built-in help
texts yet. All commands are however documented in the help file.

Update: The next release of CSVfix (probably numbered 0.9) will provide built-in
summary help for all commands (I've already written about half of it). The 
definitive
help will remain the CHM manual, however.
