There's currently no Mac download or package.

I took the source package and added it to the Homebrew package manager for Mac 
OS X.
http://github.com/mxcl/homebrew/issues/issue/2479

For anyone with Homebrew installed, installing CSVfix is now as easy as:
brew install csvfix
