Include the testing data and scripts with the release archives #35

Please include the testing data and scripts in the release archives as was done 
in previous releases. It's nice to be able to run the testing suite to make 
sure things built properly.

Done - latest zip csvfix_src_100c.zip contains tests. I'm glad someone besides 
me finds them useful!
