Join command fails with very large files. #44

The join command currently reads all data into memory before performing the 
join - this causes problems with very large files. It would be better if for 
such files it used an index to perform the join.

I've just been looking at how this might be done in practice, and with the 
existing codebase it is simply too difficult. So regretfully I've got to say - 
won't fix.
