Enhancement request: Ability to refer to fields with letters #76

Excel uses letters for columns. CSVFIX uses numbers. I constantly have to 
translate between the two when switching from an Excel view to the CSVFIX 
command. A real pain, especially for a large number of columns.

It would be great if CSVFIX would support field ids that followed the Excel 
lettering standard.

With the current CSVfix architecture, this would be a huge amount of work for 
(to me at least) minimum gain. So ... WontFix.

I ended up implemented this with a Ruby script that parses the -f option to 
replace letters with field numbers. I have attached it here for anyone that 
wants to use it.
