Bug: Navbar overflowing in RothC simulation configuration

Describe the bug.

The navbar is overflowing to the header component of the RothC configuration page

Describe the steps to reproduce the behavior.

• Go to FlintUI home page
• Scroll down and click on explore button of RothC section.
• Then you will be able to see overflow
