Added emissions from the N mineralised in mineral soils as a result of loss of soil carbon through change in land use or management.

• Point example implemented
• LandUseModule is created for the implementation

• Approach 1 is taken to calculate the change in soil carbon as shown in Box 2.1 of https://www.ipcc-nggip.iges.or.jp/public/2019rf/pdf/4_Volume4/19R_V4_Ch02_Generic%20Methods.pdf
• TimeSeriesTransform is used to input the change in land uses for the point example. The change in land use has been implemented at a monthly timestep in the configuration

Improvement points:

• Have to implement the spatial example
• Takes in 2 different variables instead of a combined single variable: Climate Zone and Climate (solved for point configuration)
• C:N ratio is taken as constant instead of changing with the land use
• Can use TimeSeriesTransform to input change in land use very 5 years and then convert into a monthly timestep time-series
