Hello @aornugent, I have added the extra links and also included the section in index, but I am a bit confused on where can the wiki be placed?

you can add the wiki under "Running a GCBM Simulation" sub topic, after the "Data preprocessing" subtopic @aornugent what do you think of my suggestion
