Would love to hear your and @aornugent 's thoughts on adding example images. I don't know if it's professional to add images in the handbook. Amarachi doesn't have to do the work! I am sure that there must be people in the documentation working group wanting to pick up some work, and this could be a great exercise.

Absolutely, I love pictures and graphs - as long as they have good captions to help interpret their meaning. People have a diverse range of learning types and we should try cater to them all.

Regarding tone, we should aim for approachable/accessible rather than professional/academic (which can be a bit sterile and dense).
