Revamping the features component under Know the community section

Description

Basically organized the title and description of the features component into cards would be open to further suggestions if required any. Added container, card-wrap, card, underline class in website/src/css/custom.css and made the according changes in website/src/pages/index.js in the home component where Feature component is being displayed. Fixes #351

@padmajabhol yes it is I am working on adding a slider to the cards. Sorry I didn't mentioned it in the pr.
