Mojaloop should adopt mini-loop AND its stated design goals

I want to get a DA decision to adopt mini-loop the clearly stated goals of mini-loop into Mojaloop project and Mojaloop repos These mini-loop goals are now published as part of the PI-21 workstream documentation at https://community.mojaloop.io/mini-loop

I am aware that not all community members have wanted nor do want mini-loop or at least want a fully featured mini-loop that fulfills the goals clearly stated on the mini-loop PI-21 workstream. I think having open transparent conversations about these goals as part of the adoption (or not) of mini-loop into Mojaloop could serve as very useful to the entire community as making a formal DA decision on these things could help to get all of us more aligned, reduce friction and enhance productivity as well as ideally improve the quality of mini-loop and thus the Mojaloop experience itself.

Note #1 : I am trying to remove all options of adopting mini-loop into Mojaloop without also adopting mini-loop stated goals ! Note #2 : I am also looking forward to having good review from skilled folks on mini-loop v5.0 and beyond should the decision be to adopt mini-loop and its goals.

Deadline: no time specified , this is important not urgent
Impact (Teams): arguably a good "coordinating" effect could be felt across lots of the development teams
Impact (Components): the only code effected initially would be the mini-loop code itself , but over time the CI/CD pipelines should be positively affected both with cost reduction and breath of coverage.
