The alias-oracle was developed as part of previous work in Mojaloop OSS but this repository wasn't made public because of an issue. Hoping to address it and make this available for adopters.

Raised this issue as a DA item on the 5th July meeting.. The DA decided to review proposals to address this during the next meeting.
