It was decided in a DA meeting on 12 Feb, 2020, that this issue should be closed, in favour of a wider discussion around DFSP data in general, like: 1) where (if at all) should the extra data be stored 2) should this "extra" data be passed around in all message bodies

Rob will have a discussion with Henk who is currently busy on a related task and load sone use-cases and user-stories which has the potential to be presented for DA discussion at a later stage.
