[USER STORY] Data standardisation #16

Story Title

As the Mojaloop FRM system, I want data to be presented in a standard format, so that I can focus on the evaluation of the transaction and not have to worry about data quality.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Given (context) and (more context) when (event) then (outcome) and (another outcome)...

Data standardisation involves the reformatting of data to make data comparisons easier.

An example of standardisation is the formatting of telephone numbers: +27 (0) 84 123 4567 = 0847919079 where the country is South Africa = +27 84 123 4567 = +27841234567

I'm anticipating this to be an epic containing several user stories to deal with data standardisation for various types of data and data fields.
